You can easily explore the city without needing to travel far. the apartment itself is well-equipped and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the large terrace offers stunning views and a great spot to relax. the host is also very helpful and caring, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There might be some stairs leading up to the apartment, which can be a bit challenging for individuals with mobility issues.

Thanks for REALLY AMAZING stay, having setting on a ferry to Hvar. The place is close to easy to get around, the old town and Marjan Forest Park and the more lively bars or the quieter part of Split. It has large bedroom. There's views of the lovely mountains.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of this apartment. The attention to detail and charming touches made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The common areas were beautifully designed and accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the thoughtful consideration given to creating a comfortable and safe environment.

I would have loved to see the children working there provide more assistance and guidance for senior visitors. A little more support in navigating the city and accessing nearby attractions would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

Just had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse apartment with a large terrace. Budi, our host, was so friendly and helpful, meeting us upon arrival. the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. It felt like a home away from home. the spacious and comfortable space, along with the great air-conditioning, made our stay even more enjoyable. But the highlight was definitely the incredible terrace with its stunning views of the mountains. We could have spent hours there, just taking in the scenery. And the location was perfect, with Split old town and the Riva just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Amazing central location, huge private terrace with BBQ, outdoor seating, and table. Fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. Very welcoming and helpful host. Conveniently located near a supermarket.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, especially the elegant and cozy furnishings in the general areas. It made me feel right at home. The accessibility of the hotel was also fantastic for us seniors. Despite being on the top floor with no lift, the short stroll to the old town and other attractions was manageable, and the host was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in and even a late check-out.

The only small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have some assistance available for carrying luggage up to the top floor. It would have been helpful to have someone from the staff offer assistance with our bags, especially since there was no elevator.

The apartment with a terrace and city views is like a cozy little nest in the heart of Split. With its breathtaking views of the city and mountains, it's like having a private VIP box at a concert.

The best aspects of our stay were the amazing private terrace and the well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was spacious and had a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a table, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. It was also a great spot to have meals and drinks, especially with the canopy providing shade. The kitchen had everything we needed, with lots of cookware and glasses. We were able to prepare meals easily and dine in comfort.

The only downside we encountered was the lack of an elevator. As the penthouse was located on an upper floor, this meant having to climb stairs to reach the apartment.

The location was excellent and the terrace was a suntrap all day, with a canopy for shade. the apartment was well-stocked with a washing machine and a kitchen that had everything I needed. Budi, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He even stocked the fridge with beer, juice, and our requested items and arranged a taxi back to the airport at a discounted price. I cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌🏼.
